Applying to grad school before obtaining BA?

I applied for a masters program while I am still in my undergrad studies; however, I do graduate in this upcoming May before the master's program even starts. I have not received an acceptance letter, so I am just about preparing myself for a rejection later. I know that experience matters. I do have several years of experience in the social services field both paid and volunteer. I have a 3.86 GPA and the three recommenders were a social worker, a psychologist and a former professor. I can not understand why I would not be accepted. The only thing I could think of is it possibly being the fact that I am still in my undergraduate studies and maybe they have a preference for people who have completed their bachelors already. 

Has anyone applied to grad school before completing their bachelors and been accepted?

You are 100% wrong with this assumption.  I'd argue that over 70% of applicants are still undergraduates.  In fact, it is common place for people to apply to graduate schools within their first semester of their final year in UG.  Additionally, the further away from UG you get, the more focused on your career your application becomes, instead of your UG work. 
 

There's no way for us to know what could of been the deciding factor, but it definitely isn't the fact that you're still an undergrad.  Try emailing or calling the program to get more information from them, in hopes of better understanding what you need to do to improve on your application, next cycle.

I am also applying while still finishing my undergrad (half of my friends are doing the same). Unless you are applying to a program that says that you need N+ years of experience, it shouldn't matter.

Also, admissions can be random, although your GPA looks great and it seems like your LORs are from "relevant" people, different programs might have different preferences, so it's often recommended to apply to few programs to maximize the chances. Is that the only program you have applied to or have you not heard back from any schools yet? 

I wouldn't give up if I were you, though. Masters results are usually released slightly later than PhD admission results, so there's still time to get accepted. Have you checked on the results page if anybody has heard anything from the program you've applied to? I got one acceptance today and I am still waiting to hear anything from one more school. It's killing me to wait, but this is life haha. 

Also, I think @Ternwild gave you some very good advice - there shouldn't be any harm to communicate with the school

I applied to my Master's before I have my undergrad completed and was accepted. I finish my undergrad in April and start my Master's in May. It was a conditional offer on receiving a letter from the University where I am completing my undergrad stating I have completed my requirements for graduation prior to the start of the program.
