Fortunately, I have a little more time on my parent's insurance, but I'm definitely nervous about the options I'll have in the PhD for insurance. As a disabled individual in particular, not being on any health insurance is not possible for me. Do you guys get private insurance or has student insurance been alright for you? I'm looking at some of the co-pays and out-of-pocket maximums, and... yikes. Does anyone have a plan they love? Or do they range from "eh" to "yikes"?
