Pratt MS IXD (Information Experience Design) 2020

Hi all!

Starting this thread for folks who applied to the MS in Information Experience Design (IXD) at Pratt for 2020 admissions. Goal is to keep track of when folks start hearing back about admissions and scholarship. 

I submitted my application in November 2019 and sat in on a course in May 2019. Excited about the prospect of the Research track -- not a designer here.

hi! waiting too. applied in december. research track as well.

how was the course you sat in on? the only 2 things i've read on forums are people saying negative things about the program so it makes me uneasy- but i have a feeling they were hoping for more of a design focused program. either way, i'm still really excited about it. i've looked through multiple syllabi and they all seem perfect, for me at least.

i'd love to know what your experience was in the course!

Accepted with $11k/year scholarship, but most likely not going to accept... when I toured the school, I didn't love the facilities and how small it all felt

Hi! Got accepted with no scholarship. Trying to find out more about the program as I heard mixed reviews. Waiting for other schools as well..
