Which of the following PhD program would you choose to attend?

It appears that the description of my last poll is misleading and the result may be biased, so I am reposting the last poll. I would like to hear about your opinions towards the above programs. If you were admitted to these programs, which one would you choose?

You really should just take the advice from the other thread and not make a life changing decision based on the results of an anonymous internet poll.  Unless you are a multi millionaire, going to UNC would be literally insane and shouldn't even be an option.

Yup, I agree. You're in some great programs, no need to even consider an unfunded offer, even from a school like UNC. Pick a program you like with research areas you like and you'll be happy.

Thank you so much for your advice. For anonymity reasons I won't say exactly which school I plan to attend but it is one of McGill, Waterloo and UBC.

In most circumstances I feel like you can probably get funding by your second semester, but with the incoming recession, I certainly would not take the risk.
