Have you been asked by the DAAD to upload your documents? The term of reference says that "the suggested candidates are contacted by DAAD to upload their complete application to the DAAD Portal".

I am really really anxious, because I am not sure if this step should come before acceptance. I haven't been contacted, what about you?
