Hi everyone,
I applied for the 2 year MSW program at CSULA, CSUN, and CSULB in the last week of December.
I just received a rejection email from CSULA yesterday and now I'm anxious about my chances for acceptance at CSUN and CSULB.....
Has anyone ever gotten rejected from CSULA but accepted to a different cal state?
I was under the impression that CSULA is one of easier CSU's to get into and now I feel like my chances for going to grad school this year are done.

Also I feel like CSULA made their rejection decision so quickly no? Does that mean I'm THAT weak of a candidate?
My GPA is 2.98 (low I know) but I had three amazing recommendations and had a strong personal statement.
What can I do :(

Oh wow!!! Have you tried calling the department and asking? maybe since you applied for online it is taking longer (I am on campus)? When I finished mine they mentioned how they might send it sooner and to check my email every other day or once a month!! I interviewed on 03/06!! I have also heard of other people receiving early as well!!

Did you receive an invitation to do a interview with CSUN?

Yes I did! I interviewed with them on the 7th and and they accepted me to the program a week after! Haven't heard back from CSULB yet.
