RestorationJunkie Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Ladies and gentlemen of the lit/rhet/comp subforum, I present the only website that has managed to actually keep my mind off of grad school applications for a decent amount of time: http://reasoningwithvampires.tumblr.com/ Enjoy! digitality and wanderlust07 2
shepardn7 Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 If you any of you are unfamiliar with hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com, you should go and read all the entries while you're waiting! soxpuppet 1
lyonessrampant Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 Lamebook is also entertaining. . .there are some fabulous grammar and spelling entries too. . including tattoos with misspellings! As a side note, I just went and bought a Droid Fascinate today partly because I'm going to Vegas for the weekend and was concerned I'd go insane without the ability to constantly monitor my email and grad cafe results. I think distractions just won't do the trick at this point when Sin City isn't enough to make me forget this damn process!
HappyCat Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 (edited) English Advising Bear! Personally, I like the one on specificity--it reminds me of my students. http://www.youtube.c...ishAdvisingBear (EDIT: Oh an Old Books makes me sad as an 18th century person ) Edited February 19, 2011 by HappyCat
