Thank you, and same to you! This is a great way to stave off the isolation that inevitably arises from being the only person one knows applying to grad school. Neither my folks at home nor my friends understand the process; the only ones who do are those who are going through it themselves!

I feel the same way! I love this website - I stalk it enough now that I find myself 'running into' the same people! It's nice to have other kids going through this too! That said my heart was just broken this day of all days...by Duke. *Tear* It's alright though, we wish each other well and there are other prospects...

<3 I haven't been on so much. but, over this past weekend...such sweet commiserating solace.

BTW, saw that LSU is on yr list. I did my master's there and really loved it. If you have any questions.... Even got to know some of the English profs, even though I was in the music dept
