Last week I received intimation of my admission to ECE department of UCSD for PhD program. I have also been extended financial aid in the form of RAship. I have almost decided to go for UCSD. Hey, I'm an international student. About accommodation, aren't you opting for on-campus housing? I heard off campus apartments are way more expensive...
