I read in some literature from Fulbright (don't remember the source--it may have been one of the "circulars" that the German commission releases...yes, I was stalking those) that you should book through STA and Fulbright has some kind of deal with them. I move that we include information about email time stamps so that if there is a pattern, maybe next year's applicants could restrict their obsessive email refreshing to certain hours of the day... If I do not get this, I do not know what I could potentially do post-graduation!!! My host affiliate for FB said they would still be happy to have me even if I do not receive the scholarship. It was suppossed to be today the DAY... but they have not even heard from the Commission in Madrid.... which means, we have to wait around 2 other weeks!! It is sooooo frustrating.....
