Honors and Awards Document?

A couple of the schools I am applying to want a seperate honors and awards document. Any advice on how to format this? Thanks!

Heading, and just list them.

I used my CV, changed the title from CV "to Honors and Awards" and deleted all non-relevant information

Thanks! I pretty much just copied the relevant info from my CV into another doc. I am so ready for this process to be done so I can stop overthinking everything...

Some of mine stipulated that I should only include this document if it included information that was NOT on my CV.
