I submitted 1/16, and was anticipating a 4-6 week wait--just trying to ballpark it I believe your question is answered in another thread from a worried Penn applicant. I also submitted mine 1/16- I called in on Thursday to make sure my transcript was received and my application was complete and while I was on the phone they said that since my application was complete I could set up an interview time right there on the phone.
