Waitlisted... I'll be waiting with a tiny glimmer of hope for a little longer.

Anyone have any idea the likelihood of getting admitted from here?

Found out I was rejected from WWS about 10 minutes after I found out I got into HKS. Sucks not to have WWS as an option but excited about HKS.

Congrats, everyone! I'm also in at WWS. Went to bed in Asia and woke up with lots of good news! I don't know if I'm going though because I really like the new Georgetown program. When do we get funding info?

Thanks Charlotte. Sorry you didn't get in :(

Does anyone know what the deal is with funding usually? I've only really got one other offer I could afford to attend at the minute (AU) and the thought of turning Princeton down is kinda scary.

Congrats, pete! I'm sure you won't have to turn down WWS :) Almost everyone gets a full scholarship + stipend, don't worry. The amount of the stipend depends on your previous income, which for most of us is very little. Therefore huge stipends. Hope they give us the info asap! I'm torn, think WWS is my second choice at this point after the Gtown MGHD program, but there's no sweet stipend there (though I was lucky enough to get a full scholarship). I am trying to figure out how to bargain/ask for a match without being really obnoxious...

Thanks Charlotte. Sorry you didn't get in :(

That's ok! I knew from the beginning that it was such a long shot for me. My fiance went there, but we're both happy that I got into SAIS, which was the one school that waitlisted him when he applied, so we're even :D.

Really happy for the rest of yall, it's such an amazing place. Good luck with decisions!

Hi MYRNIST -- you're making me blush. I never told anyone my stats, but you can ask me offline. кстати, у нас много чего общего ) Congrats on your acceptances too, I'm sure huge funding packages are coming your way!

waitlisted. bah.... not that i wld've accepted it because my fiance and i wld have to do long distance then. but bah.... a pretty letter saying, "you wanna come play with us?" would've been nice.

I'd love to go to help me make a hard decision...but it really depends on how much they can subsidize my ticket from across the world at the moment :-/

Never hurts to ask, as they say they prioritize those coming in from far away. I don't see them reimbursing my 20-dollar train ticket from New York. :)

I know they're going to send more info, but I'm a bit confused about the weekend right now. They say Saturday is program and you can attend classes on Monday. Sunday is for admitted graduate students of color. Is there a program for students not participating in the diversity program or are we supposed to hang out in Princeton for a day in order to attend classes the following day?
