ihack
This fall i tried to get myself admitted, though i was too late i suppose. So next year i was thinking about doing an MS, as i am not sure what area i would choose for PHD. anybody has any idea for funded MS program? I also dont want to enroll as PHD and dropout with an MS, that seems unethical.
ssk2
UW Madison financially support their Master's students - although it's extremely competitive because of this. http://www.cs.wisc.edu/academic-programs/graduate-program
bedmas
Canadian schools typically fund their masters students, if that's an option for you. The funding packages I've seen for compsci masters programs are very generous.

SANDIEGO
Stanford doesn't fund but students can find RAships, Princeton provides funding through TAships, other schools will make rare exceptions for individuals (e.g. fellowships). Typically funding for masters is extraordinarily rare.
bricheet
CMU LTI's MS is research-focused, and I think the research projects end up providing funding for a lot of their MS students.
