Lee00
I heard it is advantageous applying as soon as possible. But I need more time to prepare my portfolio. So, I have a question. When will you start your application?
meese
I've started a couple, At least the basics. Still gotta nag my old professors about references, polish statements/portfolio, shell out too much money for transcripts/fees. My goal is to finish before christmas
kafralal
I've started all of mine, but I'm still working on portfolio details and statements.
Mr.X
Like the others, in the process. I've narrowed down my list of schools, I've researched everything they need, I'm writing my statement right now, getting my profs to write their letters of recommendation... I should be all done by mid-December. That's what I'm hoping for anyway. Then it's just a double check and sitting down to upload and submit everything. Loric
I heard it is advantageous applying as soon as possible. But I need more time to prepare my portfolio. So, I have a question. When will you start your application? Not sure if you're still around, but over in the applications section of the website I posted a topic asking how long it took from first paperwork submitted to final application submission.. It seems most people are taking 2-3months to really finish everything. Getting the rec letters, SOP, etc.. and a portfolio ready are really much more time consuming than you'd think. Start today, finish ASAP. But don't put off starting, you may get a required item tossed at you last minute.. or a rec who needs to be reminded daily to write the rec.
