I applied for the two programs and never heard from them again.

hey, I am applying for spring 2015, Phd environmental engineering. My acad is good, I have done lot ofinternship, Problem is in my GRE score. I cant retake cause i will not meet the deadline. Its just 299, V- 144, Quants- 155, I am international student from india. UG btech biotech CGPA - 9.86, Mtech in environmental engg. 7.7.

Please suggest some good universities where i can get funded.
