Finding programs with under 20k/year tuition? (not including in-state)

Anyone have any luck finding a program with under 20k/year tuition? (Sans in-state pricing, tuition agreements like WICHE, or scholarships.)

Have you looked at UNM? It's probably right around there. 

Though I don't know if SLP tends to have different tuition schedules than other grad schools in the same university.

UCA, FHSU, and USM are all under $20k for out of state tuition.

Eastern New Mexico University is a hybrid program (4 months on campus and the rest online), 25K for two year part time, or if you take 6 or less credit hours a semester you can complete it 3 years and only pay 12K

Jeez plus the low cost of living? Almost seems worth it to move to South Dakota for 3 years... Well maybe not. I might freeze.

Montclair State University and Kean University are in NJ and about $20-$23,000 for out-of-state

There are some private schools on the East Coast that have to be less than 20k per year. I know Jacksonville University is around $650 / credit hour. Are you sure you're not looking for whole programs for 20-25k?
