Accepted if masters program asking me about financial aid?

Hey all,

For this masters program I have applied to, they have emailed me asking me to set up a new account with them so I can be eligible for financial aid. Does this mean they are going to accept me or am I just reading in to it?

I have received similar emails from places I applied without any correlation to the final decision.
