Schools that do not require letters of recommendation

Does anybody know which schools do not require letter of recommendation? I'm looking for an online program, but am having a hard time finding which universities do not require letters of rec.

I'm not sure if there are any credible schools that don't require a letter of recommendation since it's one of the easiest ways for schools to judge fit into a program. I wish you the best of luck in your search though.

There are a lot of online programs at solid universities in the UK that only require one reference. I was in the same situation and am now doing an MSc at University of Edinburgh that only required one reference. Other programs I looked at were the same. I got that one reference by taking an online class at an American university. The prof was happy to provide the reference especially since it was for another online program.
