virtua Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 Hey guys, I put my SSN(not the copy of the card, just the number) in rental application, at that time I didn`t think about leaving it just blank(dumb me) and now I`m concerned if it can be used in a bad way. Most of the advice against providing the SSN should be interpreted as not providing one until you are for sure interested in applying for that particular apartment (i.e. you are also submitting the credit check fee etc. if there is one) virtua 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
