Semester just started yesterday, but still pending.

I applied to 2017 SPRING semester, Early childhood Education, Master program.

THE dead line was Dec 1. 2016, however, since i was taking fall semester classes i could not submit by then. 

So I asked to Admission office and they said It`s okay to submit right after semester over, so I did that. I submit everything Dec 20 2016. 

Jan 11. 2017 my application`s status is complete preliminary  review  and now

"Your application is complete and is in review with the faculty admissions committee. You will be notified once a decision is made via email and mail."

and I got this email as well, 

"Your application for admission is pending review by our faculty admissions committee. You can expect to receive an admission shortly. "

but wait? receive an admission? am I in?????

but class started yesterday......

 

I am really tired of waiting....this is really driving me nut.....smh

That is so confusing! Maybe they will push your admission back to next Fall? Weird...

why...I applied to Spring 2017...not fall 2017...This is really frustrating...confusing......damnn......

Double-check that you submitted for Spring 2017 and not Fall 2017. If so, send them an email asking about it.

So message them, though I honestly wouldn't expect good news if the semester has already started and you haven't heard back.

same here...but they said "You can expect to receive an admission shortly." an admission shortly Not result shortly....
