Sending Multiple GRE Scores?

Can we send multiple GRE scores to English PhD programs? I can't find anything for or against it on department pages and I'm happy to email programs to ask, but I wanted to check here in case the group knows (and I've just been in the dark).

I'm not sure why they would mind receiving several, since it's one report. I just retook and sent both just in case. I have read that some places will consider your highest score for each category, but I'm not sure.
