Is there anyone who understands the application timeline  indicated on UoT website?

They indicate 

"Applicants interested in applying to one of the Sociology graduate programs need to complete an application and pay an application fee by December 1st. They must also ensure that two referees upload letters of support by the final application deadline of December 15th. Along with the online application form, the application includes: 2 academic letters of reference, one 10-25 page writing sample, a 1-page statement of interest, academic transcripts, a curriculum vitae, and english language proficiency scores (if relevant)."

But Graduate Administrator in her mail says

You have until the 15th of December to upload all of your supporting documents. 

Does she refer deadline for my referees or other documentations such as writing sample and CV?

Hey! I'm afraid that I really can't offer any advice except that if you can upload it all by 1st, I'd definitely do so! And I'm not sure that anyone on this forum can either, it seems like a question for the department directly.

Could you email the administrator back and confirm? Like, "Thanks for letting me know. I'm keen to make sure that I put together a great application and want to double check which documents exactly are required by the 1st? Is that XYZ or just ABC?"
