LauraV Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 For a grad art program? I'm having the hardest time figuring out if I can apply anywhere for scholarships/grants for artist attending grad MFA programs? All of the so called organized websites to join and search from, give me SCAM like info. or nothing at all. How about ADHD? I'm Norwegian, Danish? I was born in MN? Over 45?
ClassicsCandidate Posted December 23, 2017 Posted December 23, 2017 Here are some sites/links I found that you might want to look through and see if any of these are a fit for you: https://www.elizabethgreenshieldsfoundation.org/ http://grantspace.org/tools/knowledge-base/individual-grantseekers/artists/funding-for-visual-artists https://www.collegegrants.org/art-college-grants.html https://www.womenarts.org/funding-resources/visual-national/ http://www.blouinartinfo.com/news/story/800187/20-top-artist-grants-and-fellowships-you-might-actually-be http://graduateschool.nd.edu/assets/137735/major_opps_for_art_design_mfas.pdf https://www.arts.gov - might want to check here for any possible funding, too. For ADHD: https://www.ncld.org/scholarships-and-awards http://incight.org/education/scholarship http://www.shireadhdscholarship.com And one site advised to also "Contact a local, state or national organization that is specifically related to the student's disability; they might have their own scholarships."
