Welcome! I have read that HGSE's higher Ed is very practice-based!

I read in another thread (my apologies to the source...I tried to credit you, but can't find it), to exhaust the topic, not the reader. Write as if you were the one who had to read it. Definitely have several people read it to give you critique. One thing that helped me was to have people who knew me at different times (youth, UG, grad, work) to read it. They pointed out accomplishments I had forgotten!

Ditto I need you guys..kind of like a support group (full of enablers!!!) lol :-)

Again, basing this on last year's posts, it was sometime early Feb. I do know the EdLD steering committee meets 2/4 (it's on the website), but not sure if its connected in any way at all. Simply speculation! resume the waiting game!

By the way, the interviews are the end of Feb.

They won't advertise the acceptance rate or GRE avgs of EDLD cohorts. They claim its less about the individual stats and more about cohort dynamics.

Me too! I have also heard the same stats. From old posts I think the invites go out in Feb. for the interviews. I did ask the admissions office if we could rest easy after March 1 if we were NOT invited for an interview knowing we weren't admitted, they replied final decisions are not made until we get a response in our email.
