I applied to neuro and cog sci with a deadline of December 1st. I heard through a friend that someone she knew was interviewing there this month, however there are no posts on the results search from this year. My POI also mentioned that they probably couldn't afford to bring in international students for interviews. Despite this, I'm presently operating under the assumption that I'm going to get rejected.

Northwestern had their recruitment / interview day on February 8th. U Chicago has a recruitment weekend this upcoming weekend, though I only know this info through a friend who applied. I assume that it is for Dev Psych.

I did the same. I've forwarded my school email to my gmail account, and set it up so that I can send from my school account via gmail. It's a blessing and a curse, because now I get notifications on my phone (and now I'm even more addicted to my phone than I was before).
