Hehehe I was a tea-drinker till 2011 (here in Russia, tea is much more popular). Then I worked for some months for one company, where we had a coffee machine and nice coffee. Then Starbucks has been opened near my place (spent a lot of money). FINALLY bought a coffee-machine and surprisingly a little coffee shop has been opened in my district. SO 2 cups of coffee every morning!

Need your advice, colleagues. I found out a few programs with such emphasis (or at least having some members of Faculty, interested in it). Can you advice me some? Important note: I need 'normal' programs - accrediated and with full funding (I'm an international applicant - funding is vital) - so Saybrok, unfortunately, doesn't suit I found: Duquesne PhD Fordham PhD COlumbia TC (have 2 Profs) U of Maryland (Have one prof)

Some do not make any division between that two, so 'schools' are 'schools' in General. Where do you put Rogerian approach? Counseling? Therapy? Or Yalom or any other........ Check faculty interests

There'll be my third time application next year. International applications are so international....

Nothing =( I sent them a letter on Thursday and haven't heard anything yet. I'm afraid that having around 7-8 places they send out about 9-10 offers. So........ It seems, I must send an assasin to another city

I had a case this year one univ. tried to convince me, that I haven't sent them my transcripts and 4 enveloped recommendations. I even sent them a scan of my FedEx cheque. FInally they found it in the middle of January

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! MAAAN!!!!!!!!! If you will NOT accept their offer, PLEASE, inform them ASAP. That was me, who posted 'wait-list' on the results page well now seriously This is my second time. I don't know what else do they want - my sample is qualitative, now I'm working as a TA here in Russia and teaching existentialism to undergrads myself, I used to work as a school psychologist, as a phone counselor and I had (and still have) little private counseling practice, I published 4 articles and 6 theses (including 2 in English). This is my second time, I'm kind a ruined, cause waiting one more year is just unbearable. I can't stay here any more doing literally nothing there are literally no any other program both in the US and worldwide where I can work under the topic of interest (phenomenology, PCA, Ultimate experiences), only some profs in some places (Maryland (rejected), U of Missoury (Rejected)). Last year I applied to Fordham but I haven't try this year (they have a really strange degree evaluation system - I'm a foreigner, that is a problem). Hmmmmmm maybe I should've changed my interests =) So really, I wish the Vanderbilt program will be 'the program of your dream' - so it'll be good to the both of us =)

Hmm does anybody know what are the chances to get an offer if you're in the waitlist here? As I know people do not easily reject offers from the DU, as this is a VERY specific program. Can someone share an experience?
