Smartypants14- I'm glad you started this. This will help many of those who are applying in spring or next fall. GradCafe is a great help to everyone in anyways and every ways. What are you planning to do till spring? My daughter is trying to get into SLPA program if she get in. Its very competitive. She will be working at the same time to gain more experience. She will do volunteer too.

Any schools still accepting or for spring?

Thanks Ziggy. Yes, I'm searching for my daughter. She will be completing her BS in Communication Disorders next month. Even getting in SLPA is very competitive now a days, that's her back up plan or plan B. Plan C will be online as you mentioned CSUN.

Cosmicblast- You are not alone, my daughter hasn't heard from 5 schools and all are in CA. She and I both are very nervous. I keep telling her if she hasn't heard, it might be a good news at the end, trying to be positive. She hasn't heard from her own school yet. I believe in whatever happen there is always reason behind it. Believe in God and yourself. Congratulations to those who got in and all the best to those who are still waiting.

erdestromp- How did you find out about washington state university? from their portal, via email or postal mail?

CSUS doesn't do interview either, that's the whole reason they asked for 10 minuted dvd. Have you sent them your 10 min dvd? I don't know about Fresno.

Is it easy to get into SLPA program? CSUS and CSU Northridge are the only one in CA. Is there any other college/university offer SLPA?

I noticed a few of you got accepted at CSU Fullerton. Have your portal status changed?

Anyone knows when Washington State University sends their acceptance.

I guess Pacific University prefer Oregon residents.

How much is the fee? One of kid is applying to med school coming year and I know they use Interfolio for LOR's from schools and doctors.

Are CSU's will be the last one to send their acceptances? Any ideas from last year? Anyone know or applied to UNR when they notify?

Pacific University is a great school and has a great staff and very professional. My daughter's interview went well and see if she gets an acceptance. Good luck to all who went thru this and hope you will get in.
