I, too, am waiting for CUNY Neuroscience Collaborative.

Interviews for NYU's 1st round have been sent out, 2nd round will be first week of February. All decisions in March.

University of Vermont sent out invitations last week and will have a second round soon. All emails should be sent out early next week.

I just got accepted to UB's behavioral neuroscience PhD. I cannot believe the acceptance came so quick, my interview is not until the 6th/7th of February. However, my undergraduate PI is an "associated faculty" member of the program. I believe she put in an extremely good word for me coupled with three letters of recommendation from UCSD (which is #1 for behavioral neuroscience) may have been enough for them to accept me. It does take all the pressure off the entire process.

I officially received the acceptance email this morning, and like you did not received details regarding funding. One of the PI's emailed me (who I did not list as someone I was interested in) a few days ago saying he would like to discuss my application. I replied back but have not heard from him since, he mentioned he would be in San Diego (where I currently live) on Feb 6-10th and wanted to meet then. I am guessing I am accepted into his laboratory.... Regardless, it is a huge relief to have an acceptance to ameliorate all the stress and ambiguity. Congrats lunarem on your clinical acceptance.

I have only heard from 1 of the 9 schools I applied too, which has me worried. However, judging from this website, my specific programs have not sent out invitations albeit the departments have (e.g., social psychology but not behavioral neuroscience). Has anyone heard from any of these PhD programs? University of Vermont - Neuroscience SUNY Stony Brook - Psychology SUNY Downstate - Neural and Behavioral Sciences UC Davis - Psychology CUNY - Neuroscience Collaborative (Applied through Psychology) West Virginia University - Life Span Developmental New York University - Psychology/Neuroscience (PNS program I believe) UCSD - Psychology I've heard from University at Buffalo for Behavioral Neuroscience and have an interview, and UCSD sent out rejections already and have not received one nor an invite so I am confused with that. Anyways, is it too soon to call and inquire about the status?

Today my undergraduate PI texted me saying that her colleague (whom I applied to work with) contacted her asking her for a quick word about me. She wasn't one of my 3 references as I have had graduate experience since which that took precedence over my undergraduate research. This is what my undergraduate PI said: I hope this means I at least get an interview. Any thoughts?
