hahahaha! i was checking my application status too and i got the same message! i was thinking to my self: ok it cannot be that difficult to change the status!!! do you think they will send sth via postal service? do you think we should send an e-mail?

i feel the same so you are not alone here!! the thing is that after i saw the acceptance, I feel almost devastated!! i got three rejections so far and I am too close to depression! did you have any news from the universities you applied except Oregon and Northwestern?

What the application process offered me: 1. weight 2. loss of tones of money!! (dear God how much money have i spent!) 3. loss of patience 4. losing time over e-mail checking 5. become paranoid every time the e-mail goes piinnnggg ....... and so far i got rejections! yeahh!!

i agree with cbttcher. also i checked the results from grad cafe and today the UMich has sent so many letters of rejection i cannot even count them... I am really disappointed now!
