  1. Not sure, but the email says they want responses by June 15th to see how many people are still interested. Maybe there will be another round of emails after?
  2. Good advice, I've been thinking of applying but know very little of what it entails. What exactly do you do?
  3. Congrats on your acceptance. Where will you be going instead?
  4. Congrats on your acceptance. Where will you be going instead?
  5. I just got an email from LA! I was accepted into Loma Linda last month and since that's the post bac and masters together I decided to accept, but if it was between LA and Fullerton I would go with LA- I've just heard better things about the program.
  6. Did you accept to Fullerton or are you still waiting?
  7. Loma Linda university! I definitely sought out a school that accepts you automatically, everything else is just jumping through hoops with no guarantee. I was just accepted into the "transitional masters program" so it's definitely possible
  8. I'm starting Loma Linda this fall and don't get the impression that it's just medical based. You do clinicals in 5 different settings to get a full feel of what you would like to do. I personally do not have an interest in working at a hospital or in a medical setting but know this is still going to be a great school for me even though I plan to work with children in a school. They're very willing to answer all questions and are super helpful. Good luck!
  9. the Princeton review book, Manhattan prep flash cards and magoosh vocab app will help a lot!
  10. What state are you in? I'm also terrified of the GRE because of how tough and tedious it is. I'm in california and found some schools that don't require it- CSUF, CSUSM and Loma Linda University (where I was just accepted!) So there is hope! Also, I heard many time that the GRE is not your final say in grad school. It's worth a try to study and take it, once you get it over with I'm sure you'll feel relieved.
  11. this is late, but did you end up going to Loma Linda for the transitional masters? I was just accepted and I'm so excited, but I'm also worried about the cost. Do you feel it was worth it? And what was your schedule like? I'm curious if I will be able to have a job during that first year. Thanks!
  12. I know this is old news, but did you get accepted into the transitional masters? I was just accepted and I'm so curious what the program will be like- but mostly I'm curious to know if I'll be able to work during the first year. Any and all information is so helpful! Thanks!
  13. I just got my acceptance to csuf post bac as well- you have two weeks from the day your letter is posted to accept. I contacted CSULA and they said "applications are being reviewed" right now, who knows how long that will take. I've also heard that csuf is very compacted and takes more than one year to finish BUT that they favor their own students more than chapman might. My friend did chapman's post bac and was accepted to their graduate. She loved it! But it pretty much consumed her life. Best of luck in whatever you both decide!
