  1. At this point, you most likely missed the first wave of interviews (I only got 1/7, so I empathize /:). If applicants in the first wave don't pan out, you could hear from those programs later on. Your chances are better if you are part of the first wave, but it's not a complete lost cause. It's not a great position to be in, but it's not truly over until you hear a firm confirmation of a denial.
  2. It was good! I got to know more about the program and I'm feeling really good about my chances. At this point, I'm happy to just hear from anyone because it's been dead silence otherwise.
  3. I did - no news yet. I've only heard from UCF so far.
  4. I ended up applying to a TAMU and GMU too! Haven't heard anything yet, and the Results page is filled with Clinical with no I/O atm (no matter how much I refresh!!). I'll be sure to post if I hear anything.
  5. Has anyone heard anything from U of Connecticut's I/O program? I've emailed a couple people over there (+ some followups) and haven't heard a peep. They seem to have a good program but I'm not going to waste money and time applying just to find out my POI isn't taking applicants etc etc.
  6. I think I'm going to go in this direction too. Thanks for the idea. Happy to see someone was wondering the same thing. Thank you!!
  7. Do anyone have any ideas on how to approach a faculty member if they've already indicated in their bio page that they are planning to accept a student in this application cycle? I do want to introduce myself and make a connection, but I'm not sure what direction to take with the e-mail.
