  1. Radio silence recently... Anybody gotten any exciting (or heartbreaking) news?
  2. Yea, but they also sent out rejections... so that's confusing. I'd call, if I were you. But, I'm a bit anxious about such things.
  3. My account still says SUBMITTED... Though, the Dear John letter says otherwise.
  4. I find out some more info on CUA's scholarships... but not sure if any of the lurkers actually care. Also, what's up with JHU's Hebrew Bible?
  5. Probably not "news"... but Emory sent out rejections at least as early as 2/9. That's for Hebrew Bible, too. So, maybe they are working out funding offers?
  6. Is anyone on this thread also waiting to hear from Catholic? I was accepted into the Semitics/Egyptian program, but still no word on funding. Just want to know if there are any others in my shoes.
  7. Just in case this discussion has been taken into private messages, I'd also love some insight into JHU's timeline. Not short listed, but no rejection yet. So am I still in the running?
  8. Anybody else heard from CUA, thinking about accepting? As mentioned before, I'm still waiting on the financial piece, but have been encouraged that this is the best fit for me!
  9. Okay, so I mentioned a few days ago that I was accepted in CUA, but I hadn't heard about the financial piece. Honestly, I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the thought of having to foot the full bill. So, does anyone know of other avenues (besides the school itself) for piecing together funding in order to survive in a city like DC?
  10. So... I got accepted to CUA, but no word on scholarships...
  11. Was that this year? Or some time in the past?
  12. So, I was despairingly logging in to my Cardinal Station account for CUA, and noticed that new things magically appeared overnight... and that I had a "Student Number" Does this mean anything? Still no word about acceptance. Basically, does a CUA ID mean anything?
