Yes! Hang in there. We will hear back soon. This is my second time around applying to PhD programs and we are coming up on decision time. If you get to mid-March without hearing from the school, then might advise contacting them; but starting Monday, and for the next three weeks, we are going to see the majority of results returned from Ed programs. Thank you for starting this thread I have submitted applications to Stanford, Michigan State, and Georgia State. My program is Education Policy. @Espeon It's nice to hear that you are enjoying your program in Policy; where are you studying? ! I have an interview/visit with MSU next Friday and they told me to expect to be there almost all day. They seem to be moving the process along pretty quickly. Any advice on what to expect for a FULL day interview/visit??

Hello? Is anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me. Applying for these programs, waiting to hear back, I have become comfortably numb. I'm trying to connect with people who are applying to the highly competitive Education Policy programs. I have submitted my application to Michigan State University and have my Georgia State University and Stanford applications ready to go (once I can afford the fee!). I hope to connect with more prospective Ed. Policy students and compare notes on applications etc. Anyone else with me? Here are my stats: GRE: Verbal - 157 ; Quantitative - 150; AW - 4 Grad GPA: 3.89 Undergrad GPA: 3.45 Multiple local and state presentations; no publications; 9 years experience public school teacher

Rejected. I can only assume my GRE scores need to be better. But... 10 years teaching 6th & 7th graders tampers with the neuro transmission ability. Just my excuse.

New to this thread, I'm not sure how I missed it before. I only applied to two schools. Anyone else for policy?

Saw two people accepted! Congratulations ? I just tried checking my online application portal (some other programs indicated their rejection letter was there) and the message box was empty. Still holding on to hope!

I feel like we are getting closer to results. Other programs out of the Arts and Sciences are starting to post. Any of the folks who interviewed have feedback about how it went?

Definitely a good sign. UofM is a laid back kind of atmosphere so I'm not surprised your interview was informal and relaxed. If you felt comfortable and like you connected on ideas you should feel positive. Good luck! I love Ann Arbor!
