    I also got accepted to this program! I received my admission packet in the mail today and was hoping for more information. Do you know if they offer assistantships?

    So far I've been accepted to Ball State's clinical psych MS program and UCCS research psychology masters program. Also applied to others but am pretty positive I will be attending BSU.

    If anyone else applied to UCCS psych science their decisions will be sent by the end of the week!

    Madison and Wisconsin are great places, IMO the job market isn't bad and might even be better than other over saturated areas of the country. I would choose WI but I'm biased because i go to a WI state school. Also it's gorgeous here with all four seasons and the cost of living is LOW and that seems to be a legitimate concern of yours.

    The paying to fly applicants out thing changes depending on the university. Some universities fly out all applicants because there is the potential that an applicant not being able to afford the travel costs would prevent them from entering the program, so it is their attempt to ensure all applicants are receiving equal opportunities. And some universities don't fly anyone out or fly out top candidates. I wouldn't read too much Into it and wouldn't consider it to mean you're guaranteed acceptance. Go and kick some ass in those interviews

    Minnesota and Wisconsin have reciprocity rules, if I'm correct. I thought we were allowed to receive in state tuition rates from either state. I live in WI by the way

    I'm also waiting to hear about the masters program at UCCS (research track).. Had heard that they accept 2-5 students out of typically 80-100 applicants? Hoping to hear soon though!

    I am first author on two posters at MPA and will be presenting at APA in Denver as well! Super excited to see what everyone is researching!

    I also applied to 7 clinical psychology programs and have not heard anything...although it sounds like most of the schools sent out rejections from the first wave of reviews earlier this month so I am attempting to be hopeful that I may be on some sort of wait list. Although my late night anxiety is beginning to get the best of me

    I am also applying to a number of research oriented masters programs but am having a difficult time finding ones that I feel are a good fit ... And that provide funding for students as that is a huge issue for me. I applied to a number that were already due and plan to apply to a few more that are due within 2 months. It does make me restless though (even more so as I haven't heard from any of my phd programs yet..I'm assuming rejections at this point).
