I also have really strong interests in ecocriticism & environmental writing - although in my undergrad I focused more on West Coast/Californian lit, rather than anything Southern. I'm looking to attend UW Seattle in the Fall and from what I can see so far it's going to be a perfect fit

I'm in the same exact same position as you with those two letters. Very confusing/frustrating. Glad you made a post about it! Will let you know if anything changes with me, right now still just waiting. Luckily I'm pretty sure I'm going elsewhere but will still be nice to know!!

Just got acceptance with full funding and stipend from University of Washington Seattle!!!! Crazy to think in just a number of months I'll be moving from little New Zealand down here in the corner of the world to start graduate study at my dream school... and they're paying me to do it
