Would you then suggest I do another round of applications for next year? I cannot decide whether I should do another MA and then apply for phD next year.

I'm sure this wouldn't include the phD in religion? I got rejected from 5 schools, and I only have Claremont left, and it is a great fit for me. These are the only two reasons I'm considering it. Also, I'm Canadian so I'm not sure if I count as an international student, because Canadians do not need a study visa to study in the States. Hmm...

Haven't slept in days. Must check email every hour. UMass Sociology department said they would have everything up on the 24th.....mine hasn't been updated ?

Waiting for BU for ph.D in Religious Studies. They had their meeting on the 17th, so I'm not sure why it's taking them so long.

Has anyone here applied to the Ph.D program in Sociology at UMass Amherst? I am awaiting an admission decision from them, and I am super nervous. Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

I got rejected from UCDavis, and Emory University. Now waiting for Claremont and Boston Uni :(. Every day is a killer.
