    No. Usually when you are waitlisted they tell you they are putting you on the waitlist, they don't say there is no room and then ask you to send an email if you want to be on the list.

    Is it common for a school to say we do not have space for you but we can add you to the wait list at the same time?

    I was expecting an email whether I was accepted or rejected, but I got absolutely nothing. What kind of system is that?

    I did too. Omg, almost passed out at work. So basically everyone that got accepted on Monday has until the 18th, then whoever rejects their offer will then have their spot given to the people on the 19th. So only one more round. Oh my!!!

    CONGRATS!!! I am happy for you. I do not have the CSD background and I am starting to feel like my chances are slim to none. I am already planning for plan B.

    Yea, pretty disappointing. I am tired of dealing with NCCU. At least there should have been communication about your status ("wait listed, rejected). They just do not tell you anything. PLAN B HERE I COME!

    Nope. I am very confused at this point. You called and I called and they said April 1. I have been uneasy about this whole thing for 2 months now. This is just weird.

    No, I'm not in the Durham area (live in NC though). I am not sure if I'll apply again. I may move on to new ventures.

    Yes, it is. I am so nervous. It is like I am trying to be hopeful and make decisions for a plan B or C at the same time. Ugh! This sucks!!!

    Wow! This situation is sooo weird. Do you think people are just being funny and posting acceptances on the results page. I have seen probably 6-8 post about people getting accepted. This whole thing is stating to become very strange.

    I have heard many people talk about not hearing anything from the schools they applied to and later on finding out they were rejected. Is this really the case? Do people have to wait and wait and wait to be told "you are rejected"? What has been your "waiting for results" experience? At the moment I am being tortured!!

    I am so scared. Every single time I get an email on my phone at work I nearly fall out. There is nothing in the portal, no emails. I've checked spam and everything else. Feeling so overwhelmed.
