Oops. Just as i was going out...the email from WWS came in. Rejected. The misery is totally over. Need to plan ahead in life now.

Got waitlisted on HKS. Don't see any point in that due to funding issues with waitlists. No email yet from WWS. Logging off. Been a long day for me at India. All the best to those who go in! Cheers!

It helps if WWS sends out the rejection/waitlisted mails too. At least the uncertainty would be over for many of us here.

From the time the discussions about the cosmetic changes on the admissions portal started, I have wondered about the utility of doing it from HKS's point of view. Probably it makes more sense to do the backend database updates in one shot after the list is ready, and then change the front end to give the required information to candidates after login. The change in frontend of what is displayed to candidates before the results are out beats me. Anyway, now that many have observed such changes, I wonder why it happens. Maybe there are reasons.

Compared to the action in the HKS thread, this one for WWS is amazingly quiet. The last communication from WWS was the automated mail upon submission of application. I guess this would erupt once the results are out.

God level observation. Was there some text earlier? I seem to forget but yes nothing above those toggle buttons now. I thank God for keeping me super busy this week at work. Otherwise this thread will kill me with anxiety. All the best to all.
