I know realistically we probably won't hear back from any programs this week... But this is the first week the 2 year program heard back from U of T last year, so here's to hoping they surprise us with some admissions!

That's good to hear! I believe that there are still a couple of weeks until 2 year decisions are released - I was just wondering if maybe they decided to release some early Congratulations again on your acceptance! That's really great news!

Congratulations!! That is such a short period of time to decide though! Did you also apply to the 1 year program? I am just trying to determine if they released any 2 year decisions yet!

If you type in ROSI on google, it will lead you to a U Toronto page were you can access the site. It's through Toronto's Student Web Services, and on the ROSI page there will be a link that will tell you what to do if you're a first time user. That's how I accessed ROSI for the first time anyway

Hey! I definitely know how you feel. I am not in the exact same position as you, but it seems like everything being on hold and not being able to plan is what is getting you down. To that extent, I can relate - it is very stressful not knowing how to plan your life around such a major event. What's been working for me is sitting and talking with my partner about all of the possible scenarios and how to deal with them. You may have already tried doing that, but I found this helpful because it caused us to realize that we are both equally as stressed about what's to come. Since realizing that only we know how the other feels, it has actually brought us closer. Now, there's only so much you can plan for a "what if" scenario, but even just generally thinking about how we'll deal with each scenario was very therapeutic! So don't worry, you are not alone in this struggle! On the bright side, tomorrow is March and that officially marks the start of the month that decisions start rolling out! We're in the homestretch!

Probably not for another couple of weeks. From what I've heard, decisions for 2 year programs don't start coming out until mid-march, and even then that's just when they START... you may not hear back from them until April I am getting so impatient and nervous!

Well, now that it's 5pm on a Friday I think it's safe to say we've all survived another week of the waiting game! Congratulations to everyone who has received positive news so far!! To those that haven't, it is a crushing feeling but at least now you can begin planning your next steps! And to those that don't know yet... I feel your pain!

I haven't heard anything from Laurier... but from what I can gather from past posts, they are one of the last to respond. I'm not letting myself expect anything from them until end of March at least

Glad to know I am not the only one desperately seeking any sort of timeline for admissions I really hope it still happens that week too! It seems to have happened that week two years in a row so I'm going to try and stay positive! I know what you mean about the references as well.. I have a professor who also has a great deal of confidence in me, and while comforting, it's also very nerve-wracking because I don't want to disappoint!! I just want to know my results so I can get going with the next stage of my life, whatever that may be! 5 more days until March begins...

Just curious... Does anyone have any idea how long after 1 year decisions the 2 year decisions start going out? From my own researching, I found that the first 2-year offers went out on March 7 last year, but they also seemed to have started with the 1-year offers earlier than they did this year! The year before that it was March 11 (I know, I sound crazy right now but I'm so anxious). I'm marking down March 10 on my calendar as the first possible date for 2-year offers, although this is purely my own thinking and I haven't been told anything official about that date from U of T (just so everyone knows)

I am a two year applicant so I know there's probably a few weeks left before I hear anything... but just hearing about all of your results is SO encouraging, it's finally starting!! Congrats everyone!! And to those who haven't heard anything yet... Although this is my first time applying so I don't know first hand, I have heard there are waves of admissions for both one and two year programs, so don't lose hope! There's still time

I feel you, I've been thinking about admissions decisions a lot lately. The closer it gets, the more impatient I become!

Hey! I applied to York's 2-year MSW program. I'm not quite sure if my credentials are up to par, but I feel that it's always difficult to judge your own credentials... no matter what I do it never feels like it's enough experience! That being said, I would say that if you want to be a social worker then just go for it. I know that the applications are a lot of money, but my thinking was that if I don't try then for SURE I'm not getting accepted... so may as well give it a try, see where you stand, and if you don't get admitted then use that as motivation to keep improving! That's my plan anyway
