Hi all! I've been following along but haven't posted yet. I had an "unofficial interview" with my POI at UC Santa Cruz during the first week of January and I thought it went well... but I haven't heard back yet and when I emailed her thanking her for the interview afterwards I received no reply. Should I be concerned?
