  1. Anyone here apply for Grad Housing at York? Does anyone know when we could hear back? I applied to a bachelor at Passy Crescent fairly early (as soon as I was admitted) - anyne else planning to live there?

  4. I just checked myfile for York and I was admitted - I dont know about funding/TAships yet the website says more info will be mailed! This was my first choice I'm literally through the roof LOL Anyone else hear back from them?

  11. Yes I do - to make it more complicated I'm an Afro-Arab practicing Muslim and unveiled. I applied to York U in Toronto, McMaster, and Western
  12. Such interesting research - Sounds familiar (kind of) my research is about Islamophobia and patriarchal norms within Muslim communities in terms of gender norms and veiling and the negotiation of identity among first generation immigrant youth living in the west who don't veil.
