I'll be graduating with a BA in Economics in 2018, but I'll try for a Master's in Statistics. How much of a detriment will the fact that my Bachelor's is in Economics rather than Math/App. Math/Statistics be, if at all?
I have taken Introductory Stat, Econometric, and Applied Data Analysis courses along with math courses such as Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, etc. Further plan on taking Advanced Calc. and Real Analysis in upcoming Fall Semester. I also passed exam Probability of the Society of American actuaries in my first year, and did an internship in the Statistics and Information department of an international organization
