Anyone else apply to Fordham? I know it's a TINY department and there are limited acceptance posts on here, but literally crickets down in the Bronx!!

Dumb question but is there a certain time of day when emails from schools go out? Is it only during business hours? Can I shut down my addiction to GC, email, portals from 5pm until 9 am? Seems like a reasonable thing to ask??!!

Just to be clear-and not confuse anyone for next year-I did NOT get into Vanderbilt! I wanted to draw attention to the fact that the results said U of Vanderbilt, but looking back at my post, it totally could look like an acceptance. Although I would LOVE to have gotten an acceptance to Vandy, I have no chance since I did not apply! Sorry about that!

Uggh same here-nothing has even changed on my application pages! Too early for any of the schools I applied to, but still have that irrational feeling that this is the year the school decides to notify early. Plus, I feel a rush of adrenaline when I read about everyone else's acceptances!

It doesn't help that I have a .edu email account from a school I applied to (I work in one of their museums) so previously benign email notifications are tormenting me. Email shellack?
