Hmmm I am not an admission committee, but I would just like to give some advice.
The second score already gave you quite a good score to give it a shot for college. It would be best to know the GRE Score requirement for the University or College you are looking into enrolling instead of getting another GRE Exam (for the 4th time). Each school has different GRE Requirements and your scores might do pretty well in getting you admitted to your dream school.
Also, you might want to re-evaluate your preparation guidelines/technique. Discover which section/part you are having a hold back. Most GRE Takers only take 1 prep test course to help them with their GRE preparation, others usually took all prep course available to ensure the highest score. I have been taking 3 prep courses available on the market - Preped, Magoosh and Kaplan. You might want to check it out
Also, I'll share to you a GRE Vocabulary Review Guide provided by Preped and Vince Kotchian:
Hope my own experience can help you.

Yes, I agree with _kita's answer. Your quantitative score is low given the Universities you have mentioned.
Just make sure that you have reached the school's GRE Requirement

Thanks for the support everyone! I think I'm going to take the advice, and go for it. I'll have to make sure my personal statement is damn good.
Can I just say, that I know there's the phrase "cracking the GRE" but anyone else ever feel like the GRE started to crack them? Here's to hoping I never have to take that blasted thing again!

You might want to check Magoosh' blog for that: https://magoosh.com/gre/2016/gre-scores-for-top-universities/

I took the GRE back in 2014 and I used Magoosh. It worked well. I don't believe any of the programs work on a quick basis. You have to practice, practice, practice. Go through Magoosh's review of answers. It helps you understand why certain answers are correct. That is the secret to taking the GRE (or any standardized test) whatever program you use. Keep practicing until you understand how/why. When you understand that, you can answer any question the GRE throws at you. I put in 2-3 hours a day the summer before I took the test. You don't have to be a genius to score really highly. If you want to raise your score by 10 points that's the only way to do it. I wanted to be over 90% and I got it. At that point, if you have the GPA, the WS and SOP need to come into play. Get good recommenders and have them critique your WS/SOP. Edit, edit, edit until you feel you have reached your limit at that particular point in time. There's always better, but sometimes it has to wait until we learn/understand more.

Travis James reacted to JohnKim in Which is Best : IELTS or TOEFL ?
Just saw this post on Quora:
IELTS (International English Language Test System) and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
Both are English Language Tests to determine one’s ability to communicate in English. The major difference of both are as follows
Style of English Exam - IELTS has different question types, ranging from fill in the gap, short answer and essays. TOEFL is more on multiple choices. Developer/Administration Council - TOEFL is administered by Education Testing service, a US-based organization that also handles SAT. On the other hand, IELTS is administered by British Council, University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations and IDP Education Australia. Language - IELTS is more likely British English while TOEFL is more on American English Hope this can answer your question.
