My advisor just has me? but she doesn't know how the Fulbright process goes since this is the first time my school has participated.

I'm feeling the same way right now. I have class at 7am too and I can not sleep. I turned off all email notifications. Grad Cafe is pretty much going to tell me when emails go out.

This is about the time where everyones post start to look like... 9am: Maybe today? 5pm: Not today ...Myself included

They always had a date of January 30th but it depends how quickly they get all of the decisions back in a timely manner. Each person gets about 50-100 applications (depending on country and grant category). If they finish it early we know early. I literally go to school a few doors down from IIE and due to the first two weeks of January being a mess a lot of the government buildings in the area, including the UN were closed. They are probably behind to be honest.

I know for last year they were notified on January 18th. But the advisors know as early as the day before we do.

I applied to New Zealand to research how tourism effects and/or improves cultural connections (ie. Maori culture)in country while getting my graduate/Masters degree. Looking at what everyone else applied for mine sounds boring lol.

Hey everyone, So i just found this group right after I submitted my application. I am applying for a Study/Research Grant to New Zealand. My school just recently got an advisor so I am the only one from my school who applied. Crossing my fingers and good luck to everyone else.
