Has anyone heard anything from York? UofT is a bit of a pain in the neck too! Honestly, this whole waiting thing is painful! lol I am starting to think more and more that maybe I should just accept Carleton's offer especially since they offer almost 15k funding.

Hi! Your reasoning makes sense except for the part that the second wave of admission would be one for spots that the first wave did not fill. My understanding is that the deadline to accept or deny the offer is June 1, which is way later than the second wave of admission. They would fill those positions with people who have been waitlisted.

UofT sent the advanced standing admission responses the Tuesday after Family Day (Feb 21) last year. So I am hoping we hear back from them today (Feb 20)? Does anyone know if Carleton advanced MSW has a deposit for accepting the offer or not?

I am also wondering about UBC-O RH2. Has anyone know about UBC MSW advanced program? I have heard negative things from some of the previous years grads but things might have changed since they went there. The negative experiences could also have been only their experience and does not have to be a genralization about the program. But I am curious if someone has info to share. Feel free to PM me or reply here, whichever you are more comfortable with. Cheers
