I'm going to be declining my offer to York's 2year MSW, so there will be at least one lucky person on the wait list who will be getting a call!

Pretty sure that Ammad said on the phone that my MyFile should have been updated in 2 days and then I had about 2 weeks to respond. This was on March 27th. As of two days ago, MyFile still hadn't been updated. No idea what's happening. EDIT*** just checked and MyFile has updated. I have until april 20th.

Just received my wait-list letter from UofT for 2 year msw (I'm in Montreal). Will put myself on it. Have been accepted to York, so I have that option. Not sure if I will accept because I'm feeling pretty burnt out after my undergrad. Does anyone know if York let's you defer? I can't find any info on that

holidays. ugh. haha. i bet they're all happy that they'll be closed and they can stop answering all our phone calls and emails

@smntoronto Have you heard anything from York yet? MyFile still hasn't been updated and I'm sure Ammad said that MyFile should be updated by thursday...

Oh good to know you asked! looking forward to hearing what the answer is because this is a big part in my decision making should I get accepted to UofT!

Does anyone know/have a list of York's affiliated practicum placements? I've been accepted to York but haven't heard from U of T yet (2 year MSW for both), and I'm trying to prepare should I have to decide between the two. Obviously York's funding is a huge incentive, but I'm trying to get an idea of program fit based on what I think I need. Let me know if you have any info!

Just received an acceptance to McGill's QY. Waiting for UofT and York for the 2 year MSW. Have to accept by March 26th, so hoping the other school's come through before then! I know for McGill you have to apply again for the second year, but that's not the case for UofT and York, right? Anyone know if there are any deposits for accepting and when you have to pay by?
