I can see that alot of people want uofs. Can anybody provide me with further insight into what makes uofs a good public health program? I have been doing research and so far I can see that it has an integrated approach so you get experience with all five core disciplines, its an accredited school of public health, and they have engaged in alot of research. Anything that im missing that makes it good?

Nothing as of yet, I am currently on the waitlist for uofa, so maybe I'll hear something on Monday.

I am waitlisted there and my letter said they wanted top ranked applicants to respond by mid April and they intend to let waitlisted people know before the end of April.

Does that mean that waitlisted people will know if they got in today or Monday?

I am just curious about the differences between the programs so I am prepared if I get an admission. I am currently accepted at SFU population health.

I have been on the wait-list for the same amount of time as you. The letter informed me that they should get back in contact by mid April via bear tracks. I'm just trying to keep busy and optimistic. Good luck to you as well and thank you for the information!

Does anyone know the chances of getting admitted when your on a wait-list? I have been unsuccessful to find statistics, wondered if anyone else has found anything? Thanks

I have a 3.85 GPA in health sciences 1 year of research experience Lots of volunteer work in the community I personally think my LOI was well written as I had lots of people read it and provide feedback ( professor's and graduate studies advisors for instance)

I have been wait listed at U of A and I have been accepted to SFU since March 6 Hoping still for U of A! Anyone hear from U of S or Memorial Yet?
