I saw your comments on the thread below this one, I have an interview tomorrow at Midwestern as well! I'm super excited and a little nervous. I've heard that it's not bad at all and to just be yourself We're going to do great!

Hi! I'm not sure if you plan on applying to Elmhurst College as a post bacc, but I am currently an undergrad in their CSD program! Last year we had about 10 post baccs who all applied to Elmhurst College as well as other very competitive schools. None of the post baccs got into Elmhurst's program, but they all got into other great schools such as Rush, Midwestern (both Downer's Grove & Glendale), and NYU. This didn't make sense to many people, but it showed that Elmhurst really prefers students who have a Bachelors in CSD, regardless of their GRE scores, GPA, experiences, etc. I just wanted to give you a heads up from what I saw happen last year, and I hope this bit of advice gears you in the right direction! Hi! I'm from Chicago, IL and am currently finishing up my undergrad in CSD at Elmhurst College! I am applying to Midwestern University (Downer's Grove, IL & Glendale, AZ), Northern Illinois University, Elmhurst College, St. Xavier University, and Governor's State University. I am also considering applying to NYU's online program. I think I'm most worried about how I am going to pay for graduate school more than anything right now. I know a lot of schools offer graduate assistantships and some scholarships, but that most likely won't cover the full cost. The application process has been tedious, but it's not as bad as I expected it to be. It makes me feel better knowing that everyone is just as stressed as I am and that I'm not the only one.
